Designing & Ordering

 

How do I know which suit size is right for me? 

Please refer to our standard sizing chart for reference. Custom sizing is also available. Please contact our customer service team for a custom sizing form. 

 

Which colors can I choose?

For cut-and-sewn styles, please refer to our standard color palette. For sublimation designs, please provide us with a list of your required Pantone colors. 

 

Can you help with customized designs?

Yes. Please provide us with all necessary details and logos via email and we will be happy to assist you. 

 

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept payment by credit card and Stripe. Depending on your location we may also accept payment by bank transfer. Please contact our customer service team at onlineshop@xzuit.com for more details.



 

Shipping & Returns

 

How long will my order take to get to me?

Production of your custom suit typically takes 20 business days from order confirmation and another 5-7 days for shipping, depending on destination.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please ensure to provide us with accurate mailing information.

 

How much will shipping cost?

The cost of shipping is dependent on package weight and destination. We will provide you with a final quotation which includes shipping costs at the time of order confirmation. 

 

How can I track my order?  

We will email to you a package tracking number when your order has shipped.

 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final and we do not offer returns and refunds. If an item you have received is defective, we reserve the right to make the final decision on whether the severity of the defect warrants a replacement. For more information please see our Refund Policy.
